The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The location was safe to walk around even late at night (i felt secure).

The mattress was too soft. The traffic noise was loud because my room faced the main road. The bright streetlight made the room too bright, even with the blinds closed.

the location was great! the proximity to the train station provided effortless access to the city. i adored the meticulous care shown in the front garden with flourishing roses and neatly kept grass. the canalside walk offered peace and beauty.

the bathroom was on the smaller side, and the shower door didn't seal properly, resulting in a minor leak.

the staffs were so sweet. they were very friendly and the room is so clean. it had pubs and restaurants close by.

the mattress were shockingly thin with no support. my wife and i could feel the springs in our back. the wifi signal was terrible.
